Summer Terrace Dining and Drinks

Here’s where you can finally get your American barbecue fix. As the weather heats up, The Oak Door will open its floor-to-ceiling windows and offer a summer beer garden menu on the airy terrace, featuring barbecued meats with a taste of the U.S. During June and July, diners can enjoy a “Southwest Barbecue” featuring slow-smoked meats that were smoked for over eight hours with Applewood chips by pitmaster Craig White from White Smoke, a pioneer of introducing traditional smoked barbecue to Japan. The main dish is dynamically presented in a smoke-filled dome and includes an assortment of meats such as beef brisket, spiced lamb sausage and chicken wings.

Food includes mixed greens salad, chips and salsa (unlimited), “smoke dome” – smoked beef brisket, spiced lamb sausage, chicken-and-herb sausage, chicken wings, coleslaw (unlimited), baked beans (unlimited), potato salad (unlimited), and corn on the cob. (VIP plans will also include a gourmet seafood platter. Free-flow drink selection includes beer, white wine, red wine, cocktails, soft drinks and either Moët & Chandon or Dom Pérignon champagne.

If barbecue isn’t your thing, there’s still more terrace nights to be had. The French Kitchen offers a stylish twist on classic bistro cuisine, and its terrace area surrounded by greenery is the perfect spot to bask in the summer sun. From June to September, The French Kitchen will offer “Sparkling Terrace,” a special summer dinner where guests can enjoy a selection of grilled dishes and unlimited servings of freshly baked focaccia bread, accompanied by sparkling wine or Champagne. Dine in a romantic atmosphere with candlelight and illuminated trees and add some “sparkle” to your night. If the skies are looking grey, guests will still be able to enjoy the menu inside in the main dining room.
