Dominique Ansel Bakery is an innovative food shop. There are new items on our menu every 6-8 weeks. We believe in seasonality, creativity, and surprising our customers with new delights. The shop is famous for the “Cronut,” a pastry creation by Chef Dominique Ansel that many have described to be a croissant-doughnut hybrid. After its launch on May 2013, Cronut pastry fans spanned the world from Berlin to Singapore, making it the most virally talked about dessert item in history.
